Terms of Service
Last updated: February 25, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of PigeonPod.
Acceptance of terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using PigeonPod, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility and account responsibilities
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and API key, including actions by authorized team members or devices.
Service scope
PigeonPod provides a SaaS service that converts supported public sources (such as YouTube or BiliBili channels/playlists) into podcast feeds, synchronizes metadata, and prepares selected episodes for cloud playback and delivery.
Access model and quotas
PigeonPod operates under an access model. Plans may include limits such as maximum subscriptions, cloud storage quota, and feature access. When quota is reached, some actions may pause until you release space, adjust usage, or upgrade.
Plans, billing, and payment
Paid features are provided according to your selected plan and billing cycle. Fees, renewals, taxes, and payment processing are handled through designated payment channels and are subject to applicable billing terms shown at checkout.
Content sources and third-party services
PigeonPod is not affiliated with YouTube, BiliBili, or third-party podcast clients unless explicitly stated. Your use of third-party platforms remains subject to their own terms and policies.
Acceptable use restrictions
You may not abuse service capacity, bypass plan limits, interfere with infrastructure, reverse engineer protected components, violate law, or use the service to process content in ways that infringe rights or platform rules.
Intellectual property
PigeonPod and its software, branding, and service materials are owned by PigeonPod or its licensors. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your valid subscription period.
Service availability and changes
We continuously improve the product and may add, modify, pause, or remove features, integrations, and limits. We may also perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, abuse, non-payment, legal requirements, or security risk. Relevant records may be retained as required by law or operational needs.
Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PigeonPod is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PigeonPod from claims, liabilities, and costs arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the service, or infringement of third-party rights.
Updates to these terms
We may revise these Terms to reflect legal, product, or infrastructure changes. Updated versions become effective when posted, and the "Last updated" date on this page will be revised accordingly.
Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction where the operating entity is established, unless mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise. For support and legal inquiries, use the official channels listed in the app or project site.
